I went in to get a steak bowl. Staff was pretty rude and cold. I get chipotle all the time here and it?s usually never this bad.... Not a big deal though I understand people have rough days. However, when I get to the front, spanish girl is super rude to mewhen I ask for a water cup saying they dont have any and repeating that to me 2-3 times. She then says I have to buy a drink for3.20$ if I want to drink water and says I cant have a drink of water unless i pay for a small drink twice. Then I look at themanager in a button shirt and he starts bonbarding me saying I can only give you a water cup if yiu get water ?no soda right, nosoda right? while he holds it in front of me and taunts it like im a child and pulls back when I try to grab it and says onlywater no soda. I go to chipotle all the time and only drink water. I dont even drink soda as that stuff destroys your teeth andstomach (As if that is anyone?s business) Extremely disrespectful and they treates me like im some sort of child whos onlybusiness is to steal. As a corporate executive for AT&T I am disgusted in this behavior and personally would not let a teammember I supervise committ such behavior. Do better chipotle. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:30, didnt get it till 7:05. Should have just waited on line and ordered.
Zero stars if that was an option. I will never eat at this or any chipotle ever again. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, very... slow service. Just to be told I will not be served unless I wear a mask. Todays date is 2/10/22. The non elected fake governorof new york lifted the ?mask mandate,? effective today. I said to the manager ?why, the mandate ended.? She replied ?its companypolicy.? This was clearly not about a virus, people eating less than 5 feet away were not wearing masks. This is about controland compliance. Everyone knows this virus is a joke. Including Chipotle. If you are reading this then google has not removed ityet, but I am sure these brain washed people in Silicon Valley will once they see it. NEVER EAT AT CHIPOTLE. Qdoba is better. Read more

As an employee at fast food restaurants I never share my reviews but I?m afraid I had to this time. If you?re looking for a job... this is NOT the place to work. I quit my job specifically because the top manager sent me home for eating and she was justnasty. I was dizzy because I was hungry and I needed something to eat so I ran to the back where no customers could see me, andshe saw me eating in the back and she?s like ?oh yea, you can go home and eat that, it?s not like we need you anyway?. She hasabsolutely no courtesy and she yells at other employees. She sent me home multiple times knowing she was overstaffed. The largemajority of the employees are rude and have attitude. I hesitate to write negative reviews as a business owner myself, however, I am hoping that this will serve as constructive... feedback. I have ordered bowls from here on UberEats a few times, each time hoping that it will be at least a little hot by thetime it arrives, even paid a priority fee for faster service. Food is cold every single time, I mean like cold cold. I orderedonline pickup once, thinking that I was being proactive since I was starving. But when I get there I probably waited 30 minutesfor the meal. Literally would have been faster just going on line. Then I understood that the issue wasn?t the uber driver thiswhole time, but that this chipotle has serious issues managing deliveries/online orders. Hope we have robots to serve at places like this soon.Young adults just can?t do the most basic of jobs anymore. Stopped... getting their burrito bowls bc despite telling them exactly what you want they always mess up somehow. I figured let me just geta cheese quesadilla. How can anyone meds up a cheese quesadilla. So I Paid $12 for this cheese quesadilla because it?ssupposedly an entree. Drive all the way home after waiting on line for 15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me when I arrivedonly to find no cheese in my cheese quesadilla. So I paid $12 for toasted hard bread.
