The VERY 1st time I went I was totally impressed! The staff is incredible! Joe and David have helped me many times and each time... my order was terrific! They are always nice, never an attitude. The food is ALWAYS fresh, never had a bad meal! It's reallyrefreshing to go into an establishment where the staff is kind, respectful, helpful and all around nice! David and Joe are realclass acts! Food was barely edible. I asked the server if the chicken was fresh and he insisted that it had just been put out. I should... have went with my gut because it looked old...sure enough it was dried out and hard as a rock. Complete waste of $14 Read more

Wow. Ordered online, arrived 10 minutes after pickup time was ?ready? and had to wait 40 extra minutes. Didn?t get to eat in... time during my lunch break which is insane. I watched 6 people come in and order and get their food before me? I guess payingextra fees and ordering through their website was the wrong move? Won?t be coming back here super unprofessional.. dude waslaughing at me behind the counter as I came in for the 3rd time asking if my order was ready while taking 15 minutes in betweenas if that?s normal at any other establishment. Don?t bother ordering online. They didn?t get our order started till we got there to pick up and the pick up time was estimated... for 1 hr and 15 min after the order was placed. Add the additional 20min it took once we got there and we could have made ourown dinner faster. Then, they didn?t put the sour cream with the quesadillas. Almost all their protein is spicy and the steakwas over cooked and dry. If you get queso, make sure you order chips also bc it doesn?t come with any. We wanted to like it butwon?t be going back. The first time I ordered here I ordered online. I got a message that my order was going to be ready at 6:15. When I got to Guac... Shop at 6:20, not only was my food not ready, but the staff didn't seem to know what was going on with anything. I ended upwaiting another 20 minutes for them to prepare my food. There weren't very many customers in the restaurant, either, so I wasn'tsure what the hold up was. As I sat there waiting for my online order to be made, I watched customer after customer walk inthrough the front door, order their food from the counter, and then leave. Why they couldn't do that with my food I didn'tunderstand. I only ordered two quesadillas. Apparently those who order online are punished for planning ahead. I was ready toleave a bad review for this place and never come back until I took the food home and ate it. It was really delicious. It was sogood that I decided to give the place another chance, but this time I chose NOT to order online and just show up and order atthe counter. I was in and out in about 4 minutes. The food was, again, delicious. Perhaps the day I ordered online was just afluke, but I won't be taking that chance again. I've come back two times since then and both times I ordered at the counter andboth times I was in and out quickly. So my takeaway is that the food here is very good but I won't ever order online again. Read more
