Listen, it's Taco Bell... But the place is usually well run and clean in my experience. Everyone is really nice and no one acts... like they hate their job. In one of my recent visits, a mistake was made, but it was rectified immediately with no real problemsor questions asked. It's got a large drive-thru and it temps me every now and again. Read more

Seems all the local Taco Bells have gone downhill. Merrick, Wantagh, Bethpage. Staff not friendly, order is almost always wrong.... Many soda options are empty. Always check your order, especially if you use the drive thru. I have never gone through the drive thru without my order having... been shorted. On this trip I was shorted an entire menu item meal and then got attitude from the manager because I told themnIwas missing several items. Read more
