If you have time to waste shop here. Horrific customer service. They forget that they aren\'t there as a favor and people are... actually paying for their service. Today was my last visit. I was ignored on the line to order for 15 minutes. When someonefinally obliged me in taking my order they tell me the grill closed at 2. I was in the store being ignored BEFORE the grillwould have closed. If you want poor service with a side order of indifference by all means waste your time in line at this holejn the wall. Read more
Store has really gotten worse over the years prices are outrageous I got me a tuna sandwich on a roll with a juice to drink damn... near almost cost me 20 dollars no wonder the place is getting empty by the day better off going to Dunkin donuts down the blockalot cheaper then this place 1 star for me never again Read more
The most horrific experience. Waited over 20 minutes for a fried egg. Who serves cold cuts like this.
Fairly busy location the bagels were classic Long Island style and good. The service was quick and restaurant was clean.
I can?t these are the best bagel ever. From bacon egg and cheese to bagel with cream cheese!!! Everything is warm and just the... way you ask for it! The bagels are so fresh and the coffee is so good. Employee are so nice compared to bagel town Levittownthis is 10 times better. DO NOT GO TO LEVITTOWN!!!! Read more
Overpriced! Bagel with cream cheese 4.75$ come on.. bagel w/cream cheese and a small coffee 6.75$ , that\'s awfully expensive,... which is ashame because they actually have one of the better bagels in the neighborhood Read more
I placed an order at the counter, and was told my sandwich comes with a free drink. I asked for iced tea. Then, when it came... time to pay, the woman who rung me up said ?sorry, your order doesn?t come with a free drink?. Which is fine, but I shouldn?thave been given the wrong info first. And when it was discovered that I was given the wrong info, nobody corrected it. Just said?sorry?. For the price of an iced tea, they should have given it to me after wrongfully telling me it was free. Is it that hardto right your wrongs? Wantagh local, won?t be coming here ever again. Read more
Very clean store with a great layout for customers who either want to just wait for their order or who might decide to sit down... and dine in.\nThe staff are friendly, attentive and work hard to deliver a great business service!\nI have come here a few timesnow and I have tried a number of their bagel varieties all of which are fresh and tasty. Thet make sandwiches and wraps freshevery day ans I recommend either the cheese melt their Chicken Cesar Wrap!
