Explain how this cup of ?Soup? is $4.50 it?s not even half full! It was cold, it was thicker than max and cheese!! These fries... are sure not worth $3 and we?re also cold!! When I called to complain I was NOT happy! I should?ve gotten a full refund! I evenoffered to bring the food back! The ?manager? said no. I eat from Bob evans 1-3 times a week!! I HAVE NEVER seen portions likethis!! I ordered the same soup last week & it was hot, it was soup & it was full!! After today's meal I'm not a Happy customer. The service was great other than getting my bill paid. The food was overcooked.
Used to be great. Portion sizes have gotten smaller and prices have gone up. Foods good. Staff is friendly most times. Never... really busy and no long wait times for seating, food, or checks. Read more
Floors were alittle dirty but were alittle busy. Waiter wasn't to bed, however had problems getting dirty plates and glasses... removed from our table. We finished our dinner, wife had the Apple Pie for dessert and I had a cup of coffee, 5 dirty glassesand plates sitting on edge of table, removed them when we were done and gave us our check. I have only ordered for take out at this particular Bob Evans location. I order for my elderly patient mostly during the... weekends when he does not have his night shift aid working for him to make him dinner. I have never had a bad experience whileordering, arriving to, and picking up the orders. Staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is always awesome! Very quickservice for the dinners we have purchased all while the food physically being hot and delicious! Read more
The food and service are good, hence two stars instead of one, but the seats and carpeting need a good cleaning. Last time I was... here I talked to the manager about the dirty seats and carpeting, he said it would be cleaned. That was about a monthago....... Read more
