I'm seeing a lot of 2 star reviews and just want to say everyones experience varies depending on the employees working at the... time of ordering. For me, the service was quick, kind, and when I stopped to eat my fish sandwich I was pleasantly surprised tosee 5 pickles on my extra pickles order! Any other Burger King I've been to only has 3 max (when asking for extra). This is verygood quality too, food was hot and fresh. Please serve everyone else with the same experience I had, thank you! Well, probably the worse whopper in a very long time. Asked before ordering if meat was freshly cooked,answering yes. Cold... burger an barely cooked. Be a long time before returning. Read more

Update: on August 5 went to the store to pick up mobile order. Was told computer was down and they could not check me in. On... August 8 looked at my credit card statement and they charged me for the order anyway. Spoke with a very, very rude woman on thephone at the store and she told me there was nothing they could do about it to contact my credit card company. I will never goto Burger King again. They have lost a customer. Hey Burger King! Do you understand what NO LETTUCE means? I order online soyou don?t make mistakes with putting my order in but I still get incorrect orders. How hard is this to do? They even put a linethrough it on the wrapper but they still put it on the sandwich. Read more
We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Abigail took our order, she was so nice. Order was taken correctly, made fresh and... exactly how we wanted it. When we asked for salt and ketchup, she was on top of it and already had it in the bag. Super sweetand friendly. Even took that extra step to come out and make sure everything was good. I would give this ZERO stars if I could! My family and I went through this evening and the sign out front said carry out or... drive thru. We went to go thru drive thru but their menu board didn't work, so we parked to go in and carry out....doors werelocked. So we went around to go in drive thru again, waited 20 minutes to give part of.our order and then they suddenly couldn't hear us. So we waited even longer in line to get to the window so we could complete our order only for them to tell usthey couldn't take our order at the window, that they didnt get anything before ...that we had to go thru the line again. Themanager on duty was Abigail and she was VERY Rude and unhelpful, The boy on the drive thru line obviously didn't want to bethere with his attitude.
