I've been ordering from lagrande for a long time, today unfortunately we were short a few things on our order...no big deal so... we gave them a call,they pretty much said I was lying and then asked for a receipt which wasn't even given to us (I understandasking for a receipt) but to not give one and then expect one is a little ridiculous so they are trying to say that 2 orders ofmini corndogs,1 order of fries,1 order of fried pickles, a pizza sub and a 2 liter is over 30 bucks!? Holy Grande!!! This pizza is next level!! The crust is flaky and amazing! The sauce is my fave hearty but light...pepperoni,... sausage, and cheese were all great....somewhere in there I picked up a butter flavor that took this pizza to outer spacelevel!!! Searched for cheesey bread ended up with garlic toast and it was deeeeelish!! Love it and will travel 3hrs back formore!! Read more
Pizzas at LaGrande have been delicious until today, June 16 about 11:30 a.m. My so picked it up and brought it home. When we... opened the box we were very disappointed. Part of the pizza was bubbled and not covered with cheese or other ingredients. Itlooked rather disgusting. I hope this doesn't happen again. No, it had not been dropped. Their pizza is pretty good with a decent topping choice, not overpriced, and they deliver for free. We called in once and had to... wait for delivery so the next time I called several hours before with a specific time we wanted it delivered. Bingo...right ontime. Read more

Have always loved La Grande until the other night. We ordered waited over 2 hours and the delivery driver delivered to the... wrong house when it was literally written on our food our address. The people they delivered it to teenager signed and put a $5tip. And then the mom walked it over to our house. When I called to complain they gave me the delivery driver and she had to sayis to ask if she could keep the $5 tip. I used to manage a pizza place and have never seen such terrible customer service suchas this situation. Read more
