I can't say enough great things about our experience at the Wapak Lee's today. I've recently had to remove dairy from my diet... and going out to eat can be stressful because you don't always know how the food is prepared. The manager, Rebecca, made sure mymeal was dairy free (altering the normal preparation of my chicken and even showing me ingredient lists for added spices andbreading) and held my baby so I had two hands to eat. I love the owners of this restaurant but the place has really gone downhill, since they moved on to open another place, second... time this week they messed up an order for me, this time I paid for a breast and got a thigh instead. New management went really well for a while, now it seem corners are cut EVERYWHERE. Poor overall food quality, open times,... turnaround times, price increases, owner's just trying to juice it for money at this point. Food quality has gone down, priceshave gone up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Read more

Under "new" ownership means nothing so don't be fooled. Was pulled ahead while they made more breast for my order. I never mind... waiting for fresh hot food so I pulled forward. 20 minutes later no one had come out. I'm pretty sure they forgot about me. Whenasking for a refund was told they couldn't because no one had a manager code to do refunds... I told them to call a manager thenand get one I didn't want the food I just wanted my money back. All of this took 35 minutes between waiting patiently for myfood to arguing for my money back. Went online took a picture of both the original receipt and the refund slip the time stampswere 35 minutes apart as proof I'm not just a unreasonable customer. No one has bothered to reach out to me.
