This McDonalds in Wapakoneta, OH is the most efficient McDonalds I have ever visited. I arrived at a peak time. There were A LOT... of vehicles in the drive-through; 6 cars in each of the two lines, and more than that leading up to the windows where the linesmerged. Less than 3 minutes from the time I got on line until the time I received my order. The cashers were professional andfriendly. Read more
Lost all my rewards, manager said not his problem. Not sure who to call, I went to the help desk, no resolution.
Absolutely fantastic crew you got here. Friendly efficient kind and takes a moment to make you really feel welcome. You can also... tell the team likes working here and working with each other! Great atmosphere and lots of smiles. Amy really has a great groupof people at this store. I hope McDonalds gives her recognition for running the restaurant so smoothly!!! I wait every time I go the food is good but the fries you get cheated on them and they do not sell all breakfast all day
Excellent fast food restaurant. Always makes and serves the food really fast, amazing service and customer care. Occasionally... have ice cream machine issues but they fix it a lot faster than all other McDonald?s I?ve been to. 5 star restaurant and would10/10 recommend going to the Wapakoneta restaurant. After sending the steaks back 3x the 3 of were just done, so does this look like a well done steak? All 3 of us had to send them... back 3x and still weren't right so we just To go boxes so we could feed the dogs, they were appreciated, took the kid toSPEEDWAY on the way homebecause she was hungry for something, she got a chicken bacon wrap and the chicken was done! Ordered food about 10:20pm after working all day. I normally don't eat here,but not much open at this time of night. Got pulled... forward saying they were waiting on fresh bacon. After getting our food we realized it was all wrong besides the one sandwich Iordered. Had to go back threw the drive threw due to the inside being closed. Called them to have them come to the window tolook at the food that was clearly wrong but tags on them were correct. The mc chicken was only bacon and we got it with onlyketchup. The bacon cheeseburger had one little scrap of bacon on it and the fries were cold! The manager said there was only oneperson in the kitchen so I asked if they could read? Seeing how the tags on the food were right but clearly the food was madewrong. Was then told I didn't need to disrespect her employees. After waiting to get the food corrected the bacon we added tothe mc chicken and paid 1.89 to add was only 2 tiny scrap peices that clearly were not fresh. I let it go and left. Aftergetting home and biting into my sandwich (the only one that didn't need to be remade) it was raw in the middle and I couldn'teven eat it. Threw it all away! Completely disgusted I just spent almost 20 dollars on food and waited over 20 minutes for ityet still didn't get to eat it! I'm in the food industry myself and I get mistakes happen.
