Ordered a pan pizza style at the Wapakoneta pizza hut location, instead they made me a thin crust. Which taste completely... different than pan not to mention pan cost more. Called and complained about this mistake and the worker on the phone said shewould credit my account 20.66 for the inconvenience. Manager called back five minutes later revoking my credit and said I had toprove the pizza was wrong. I gave her my ticket number and asked if I could bring a picture in tomorrow and she told me no thatI wasn?t allowed to eat the pizza they made me by mistake. I live twenty minutes away out of the delivery zone and this managerwasn?t even worried about inconveniencing me even more. She refused to fix the mistake of making me the wrong pizza. Expected meto drive all the way back there after they messed up my order instead of crediting my account like they told me they would do inthe first place. This was not my mistake and I should not have to waste my gas money even more after I drove all the way thereto get a pizza I didn?t even order. The least they could do is give me what I paid for and not revoke the credit on my accountthey promised me in the beginning. Those three kids that work in the afternoon are super rude over the phone and in person. I called to make an order and the girl... their with the pink hair was super rude over the phone and when i went to pick it up they said they had no orders???? They wereeither clueless, new or just rude at another level! ANNNND when I called again and tried paying with my card they said itdeclined which isn?t true because I did not get a notification to my phone and when I tried giving them another card they saidit declined too and then told me it would be a two hour wait when they had just said their was no orders? Ordered the big box and a small pizza. Daughters picked it up and we ended up with the big box and a personal pan pizza.... I ordered a pizza went and picked it up it was terrible couldn?t even bite into it because it was so hard. I have never asked... for anything to get remade but this wasn?t even edible. The refused to refund it and the customer service was awful. A bunch ofkids running the place without a manager. One claimed to be the manager when I asked for one and the same girl got on the phone.Hannah was her name. I used to work here as a delivery driver. I quit my job because of how rudely I was treated every time I came to work. Now every... time I order food from here they mess up my order. Short me wings. Welcome back pizza hut. My order was placed on 05/06 at 9pm so the employees working can get credit. I ordered a few times from... the old location and it was junk. Food was cold pizza was soggy so I stopped ordering from them all together. I seen they had anew location with new staff and decided to try again. My order made it to me within 20 minutes of ordering (freaking awesome).It took 4 minutes from out for delivery to make it to my house (freaking awesome). Everything was hot the pizza was cooked andnot soggy. If this keeps up I'll be ordering pizza hut again whoop. Thanks to everyone working! Read more
Do not order from pizza hut wapakoneta Ohio ...order 18 wings with ranch even paid for extra ranch however got no ranch at all..... also ordered a large pizza and got a medium called and complained and basically got sorry about your luck Read more
