Showed up 40-45 minutes before open, along with many other customers. Website and building stated they were open until 9pm, all... lights were on. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes watching/ listening to workers behind the window. They had a blind downmostly. Never once did ANYONE come to the window and state if they were closed early or not. An elderly man behind us eventuallygot out of his car and walked up to our windows and started asking us what was going on. At that point we tried to drive upfront to see if they were open. Again, blinds were partially down, but nothing stating they were closed. There were customerswaiting at the windows looking around and getting completely ignored. Delicious and huge servings! If you've got a sweet tooth, Scoops has your fixin! My biggest regret is not taking a picture to... showcase the delectable, colossal tower of flavor emitting from the chalice that was bestowed upon me. I highly recommend theWhite Lightning flavor. Also, any tornado is amazing. If you are debating on size, play it safe and get the smaller one. Theirservings are plentiful for any palate. Try this place asap as possible!!! Read more
