Pulled right up to order, sat 3 minutes before any one asked what we wanted to order. 3rd in line, took 15 minutes to get two... spicy chicken sandwiches. Temp of food was not hot. Waited that long expected very hot food right of the fryer. Read more

I sometimes drive for a delivery service. Had an order for Wendy's. Drive thru closes at 10:30pm is what the posted sign says. I... got there about 10:20pm and had two separate orders to pick up. They never acknowledged me at the drive thru, even with mesaying "Hello??" at the speaker. I pulled to the window and was ignored also. 2 of the employees even went to the drink machineright beside the drive thru window and got drinks with me sitting right at the window and ignored me, then started to walk intothe freezer, then came back out and went in the back room. Then another employee walked past the window with stuff from the frystation to clean. It still was not 10:30pm, yet even with me waving my hand and yelling "excuse me" and quickly hitting my horn(i gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they just hadn't seen me) , they still ignored me. It's a very outdated restaurant. Definitely needs remodeling. The food was ok. Not the best Wendy's I have eaten by far.

We ordered two Biggie bag meals. Double stack hamburgers, chicken nuggets and fries. We placed the order inside. The register... wasn't working. They had to ring it up at the drive thru. It took forever to get our food. They had to remake the nuggetsbecause they set two long. The sandwiches were not made with the proper condiments. They totally blew it. They were totally outof sync. Simply horrendous. And they?re not even busy. I simply cannot believe this place is still open! I paid $25 for food we literally... NEVER got. And when I asked for a refund, the beanie wearing punk manager told me, ?I can do it but I honestly don?t know why!? Read more
First time in awhile that I haven't had my order messed up at any fast food place. And everything seemed to be fresh.
