My family and I are new to the neighborhood. My husband stopped in today for a bagel and some coffee. There were a group of... older gentlemen sitting and talking for while in the deli as my husband was eating. Those older gentlemen wasn't wearing theirmasks for a while, long after they finished their meal. It's assumed that these guys are regulars at this deli. Theirinteraction was very familiar with the staff which is fine. A short while after the customers departure my husband wasapproached by a waitress, asking if he could put on his mask. We will follow rules of businesses and other establishments.However, rules should apply to all customers, not just some. If your establishment requires customers to wear masks then thatrule should be clear to all who enter. Please be clear to all that if you are idly sitting in the deli then wearing a mask is amust. My wife and I just visited Carol?s deli for the first time. We got a turkey sub and an order of fries to share. First of all... the deli itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly. They were pretty busy which usually tells me the place ispretty good. Even being busy we only waited about five minutes for our order to be completed, which was great because we wereboth very hungry after some shopping. The turkey sandwich was fantastic, the tomato onions and pickles all tasted very fresh.The fries were delicious and definitely satisfied our craving. We will definitely go to Carol?s deli again! Extremely disappointed with Carol?s Deli. My daughter and I both got omelettes and home fries. The omelettes were dry and... tasteless and the home fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid/expired oil. Absolutely inedible and we could barely get itdown. When we brought our plates up to the counter to pay - plates that were clearly still full of food - no one asked if therewas a problem with the meal or why our plates were still full. They simply stated the amount and that was it. Also there was noheat on in the place in the middle of winter. Extremely unwelcoming atmosphere and service. We left having wasted our money andfeeling sick from rancid oil. Read more
Carol runs a terrific deli and quick bites place. The sandwich menu is excellent and everything is prepared with fresh... ingredients and gourmet flavors. The sandwich trays for meetings are great too. The staff is friendly and attentive. Read more
This deli is awesome. I try to come once a week for a treat. Never had a bad meal.
