I ordered the two for $5.99 deal. So while I waited this is what I saw. One employee had no mask on whatsoever and he answered... the phone at times while holding the phone and breathing on his hands talking. Then continued to work while using those samehands without washing them. Another employee had no hat or hairnet on and he had a full head of hair so I can only imagine howmuch hair gets in the pizza. Then at some point another employee came in from the outside assuming after making deliveries andwent straight to working with his ungloved hands. The screen in the store said our order was ready, so after 10min of waiting Iasked about our order and they said it?s a few more minutes. Ridiculous. I've been waiting at the store now for 25min. Says my order was ready for pickup at 547. I'm still here now as of 612pm. This is... totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Never ordering dominos here again. Not worth it. UPDATE: decided to give this locationanother shot today. So they never answer the phone as I?ve been calling since yesterday to order. Do not order from this location. I don?t know who owns/runs this store but they are literally the WORST. Ordered my pizza it was... not ready, staff was just laughing and joking around. Once I got my food it was cold. RIDICULOUS!!! I will file a formalcomplaint with the state of new york, look at the reviews too many bad reviews something has to be done Read more
Worst service ever, They have a very incompetent staff!! ordered online as usual said my order will be ready in 29 minutes, ok I... get it was busy so I go inside and the screen says 5 minutes so I ask the kid there he said it will be another 15 min? so I gooutside and wait the 15 minutes.. I go back inside there is another kid there and looks puzzled I ask him for my order and thescreen still says 5 minutes, low and behold this fool tells me they haven?t even cooked my order!!! Told the kid to cancel it Iwas there for a little under a hour!!!! Kept my cool and walked out went to Nonnas which was a better choice overall!!! Ordered At 12:15 pm, it is 2:11 pm and my food still hasn?t arrived. No call or text to let me know about my food. Was trying... to eat before I went to work at 3 but seems that can?t even happen cause it supposedly takes over 2 hours to make a wings and asalad. Read more
I ordered 4 pies and they where burned. I called and no one answers. When I went to pick it up there was a car in the front of... the store, they had a stereo blasting heavy metal. I been on the phone for 15 minutes now n they pick up and hang up. ??poorcustomer service?? I am going tomorrow to return them.. In person visit today. Unfortunately there is no ZERO. That's what should be for service of this kind. To say that staff member... was inattentive to customer is say nothing. He was 100% time on the personal phone call, solving some personal issues. He tookthe order inattentively, of course, how can you listen to customer same time talking by personal phone. Because of that theorder was made with mixed up and missing ingredients. Cherry on the cake - after he took my order, no gloves or anything, ittook him approximately half of second to "wash hands" and he started pizza preparation! Who doesn't love Domino's pizza? However, this store has gone down the tubes. Good luck getting someone on the phone, spent a... minimum of 45min waiting, and your online order 97% of the time never getting there. The food used to be good, but theirslipping.....BADLY. Best bet is going there or avoiding this store. Read more
