I have given this location many chances and I think I?ve found the worst Dunkin in Dutchess County. Every time I go something is... wrong with my order. Today I ordered on the app and waited for 15 minutes to receive 2 coffees (after arriving 10 minutes afterordering). Then, when I got to my car, I realized the coffee felt light (I ordered a large). I?ve never written a bad review about ANY business, but this specific Dunkin location has messed up time and time again, I?m... shocked it?s still open. Myself and multiple people I know have given the benefit of the doubt, yesterday was my last straw (andnot even literally because I left without my order). I ordered but the guy employee gave the worst attitude for literally NOreason. I get if you?re having a bad day, you?re not in the mood to work but atleast pretend to be nice. I was in the middle ofordering two whole wheat bagels and was cut off by a rude WE DONT HAVE ANY instead of a simple ?sorry we?re actually out ofwhole wheat, can I get you something else?? I continued to place my order and was just annoyed with my whole experience Ileft. Let?s not forget the time someone I know had to go back inside three times because their order was wrong each time it wasgiven to them. The first time it was hot when supposed to be iced, then the wrong flavor completely, then forgot cream. It?sbeen a convenient location in many instances, but I will literally go to a Dunkin out of the way just for my order to be right.Also, I went to pick up a GrubHub order at this location and wasted gas and time just to be told it didn?t come through theirsystem and couldn?t be helped. The best part of this D&D is the building. The coffee is NEVER AS ORDERED AND LOADED WITH GRINDS. D&D is everywhere chose one... that actually meets company standards. This one certainly does not. Read more
Staff not trained properly or don't care. 50% of the time the coffee isn't prepared properly and the line doesn't move because... they are disorganized. Have to go into Village or to the DD on rt 9 to get consistent service. Read more
I?m going to have to agree with every other review on here. I typically won?t write a negative review, but this has got to be... the worst Dunkin?. I pass it on my commute every morning so naturally when I plan to go here I order ahead on the app. Every.Single. Time. There is something missing from my order and I have to stand and wait for 10+ minutes until someone even noticesI?m here. Matcha was ?watered? down, almost a yellow color when it?s suppose to be green. Its like they mixed the matcha powder with milk... and water and gave me 2 iced cubes.
