Went to drive thru to get a drink. Was out of all milk besides non-fat or plant based. This is the second time this has happened... this week. They were also out of multiple syrups for multiple drinks?. Only Starbucks I have this issue with? they need to keepbetter inventory. Read more

Ordered an iced sugar cookie latte through the drive thru and got an iced plain latte with a sticker that clearly says 6 pumps... of sugar cookie syrup. Went inside to ask for the correct drink and was not acknowledged at all for a couple of minutes. Finallyacknowledged me, I told them my drink had no flavor in it, barista asked for my sticker and just walked away. Felt veryunwelcome and like I was in the wrong for wanting the correct drink. This was all after the very cold barista in the drive thruhanded me only 1 of my drinks and acted as if I didn?t have anymore until I said I have another drink. Step up your customerservice. Was having an awful weekend. I came here as I regularly do with cash. The one time I didn?t have my phone or card they weren?t... accepting cash. The young woman at the drive through not only charged me but wished me a great day! I ordered a large icedcoffee and left the 7$ as a tip for them. I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! Lines are too long and since the laziness brought on by the Covid days, you have to compete with all the pick up orders. No... personality in these Starbucks stores. I like the local coffee shops better. Read more

The assistant manager is proactive in her position. The assistant manager takes productive advice from her frequent customers. I... advised her I was standing in Starbucks for minutes without being acknowledged. The Starbucks assistant manager corrected thatasap. The following week all customers were acknowledged, didn't matter how busy they were. This acknowledgement is important.We are living in a time of high inflation. Read more

This Starbucks is the absolute the best. I go there every time before work and they get to know you and your drink. The... employees that work there make sure to remember your face and your name when it comes to ordering. I love the employees thatwork there. Keep going to this Starbucks since it?s the best. Absolutely awful wait time for patrons within store. Seems like drive thru takes priority, as you see car after car whiz by.... Potentially under staffed? Or maybe not prepared for a random 6:30pm rush on a Saturday. Whatever the reason it was prettyfrustrating. Great new location though. Very spacious. Read more
