Tomas is the most incredible chef you will ever meet. He is so kind, caring and really listens to whatever you envision for any... small or large event. We had my daughters intimate birthday party here last night and he made a custom menu for us with the mostincredible brisket that he made us. We had garlic broccoli, baked beans, Caesar and creamy balsamic vinaigrette, scallopedpotatoes, coke slaw, pickled cucumbers, Mac and cheese and so much more. Everything was TO DIE FOR. So much flavor and so beyondfresh and beautifully presented. Every single dish had the best ingredients you could just tell!! You will not be disappointedin anything you order at this restaurant. Tomas and his wife and entire team are so kind and comforting and we loved everyexperience we had with them! We will definitely be coming back and catering from Tomas for all of our future events.
