Hopefully you can see how bad the parking lot needs to be repaved right before you get to the drive-in order speaker. I had to... dodge small craters so that I didn't tear my little car up. Now that's enough about the bad stuff. The good news is I had thebest associate take my order and check me out at the cash register window. His name was Eric and he is the main reason why I amgiving this restaurant a good review this evening. I have been here several other times in the past and had horrible service.But tonight I thought I would give it one last chance, and Eric made it worth my while. He was very polite when he came acrossthe speaker and he answered my questions with patience. You don't get that kind of service these days. When I got to the driveup window, he kindly said hello and greeted me with a smile. I told him how thankful I was for his pleasant, positiveattitude. Burger King's fries have changed over the years. McDonald's french fries have always been my favorite in the past.However over the last 5 to 10 years, their fries have become very inconsistent between stores and within the same storeaccording who is cooking them. The amount of salt is important to me. Most of the time on McDonald's fries I get barely anysalt. Burger King's fries have been very consistent over the last year that I have been trying them out. That was my soulpurpose in going to Burger King this evening. The fries were cooked just right and weren't so crunchy I would break a tooth. Andthe amount of salt was just right. I also had a ice cream cone which was delicious and was shaped properly and not half fallingoff of the cone. Eric even suggested that I get the eight piece nuggets instead of the four because the price difference wasn'tthat much and I would get many more nuggets to share. Food was good and hot, but they only had one cook. Good thing he knew what he was doing and very quick. I believe his name was... Preston. He even helped changed my flat tire and gave me money for gas. Best worker there. Will be back Read more
Well....what can I say. Food is not bad. But seems like evrytime I visit, they are out of something. This time it was onion... rings. I told them I was looking forward to some onion rings & was told they had been out for about a week. Unreal! Counterservice in the evening is pretty good, but in the morning, the drive thru is slower than honey out of a bottle that had been inthe fridge! Update: tried the drive thru again for a quick breakfast. Total disappointment AGAIN. In line for for 5-6 minuteswith 2 cars in front of me. Pulled up, waited 2-3 minutes. Order taker says, I'll be right with you.... 3-4 more minutes go bywith silence. Been in line now for 10-12 minutes with no order been taken with only 2cars in front. Sorry it's time to roll onup the road and get breakfast up the road. I can cook an egg biscuit and pour a glass oj & eat faster and cheaper. Sorry youlost a customer. Food is always good but the employees are some of the rudest in a of greenwood, and if you know greenwood that is saying... something for sure. They always make us pull around, food takes a long time to cook. Prepare to be in line for 15-20 minutesfor a sandwich because that's about the wait time. Regardless they have a chaking sandwich that I'm a little addicted to so Ikeep going back time and time again despite the awful service. You win some, you lose some ??????????? Read more
Picked up two your way meals. There was a line but it moved well so not much wait. Their drive through staff was quick and... very pleasant. If you happened to be grumpy when you went through pickup, surely you would not be afterwards after the happy ,smiling staff gave you your order. Read more
