Chipotle is one of my favorites but this place is something else. Showed up at 7:30pm tonight this guy was getting a bowl and he... was nice and all but he ask the girl so if your out of everything why are you still open. Well there's like 20 or so peoplewaiting in line. Everyone was looking and talking about why don't they have anything. Everyone was very agitated and gettingangry because what that guy said was right. They had nothing stocked everything was empty and they weren't going to fillanything either. Showed up at 7pm ordered a bowl they added the white rice move down no steak. Guy was cutting up fresh steak so waited 10min for... it. Finally get steak no peppers & onions no corn scraped the bottom of salsa asked for more cheese girl said there isn't muchleft and it's all we have at the moment. I look at her and said with everything almost gone why don't you close. Mean whilethere is 16 people waiting in line as we speak and there still open for anouther 3 hours. Seriously this is the worst Chipotle Ihave ever been to. Asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. She tells me there isn't anyone here in charge and themanager is home. I'm keeping my reciept and will definitely be going there tomorrow to complain to management. I feel sorry foreveryone on here that has written a review who blatantly has been ripped off or at least stolen from at this location. I LOVE Chipotle, but this specific location gives the skimpiest portions for what you pay for the price of the item. ???? I got... a bowl with a ton of ingredients & literally barely half full - for $12!!!!! I wish I would've taken a photo, but I was in arush to eat, as I was starving & it barely put a dent in my stomach. Sure put a dent in my wallet though. ???? Also, I alwaysorder pickup to be ready for 12pm (my 30 minute lunch break) & they must make it as soon as the order comes through, & just letsit sit there until I walk in for my 12pm pick up time, because it is always stone cold! Every time I go here something is messed up. Just went to pickup an online order, had to wait 20 minutes past the pickup time.... Dude opens window and says he made our order wrong which is fine, we appreciated letting us know, but then proceeds to takenearly 10 minutes to make 2 bowls and STILL gets it WRONG! We already waited so long I wouldn?t have minded waiting for my bowlto be remade a third time? Super disappointed and definitely will never spend my money here again. In the past whenever Iordered guac on a bowl I would receive the tiniest amount even though I paid a premium for it. Lack of quality control isseriously ruining this place. Absolutely the worst run Chipotle I have been in. Came in Monday at 7pm. They were out of most veggies. Anything that needed... cooking they didn?t have. No peppers, onions, corn, guacamole. They?re short staffed and also mismanaged. I paid full price fora half empty bowl. Poor guy serving apologized but the girl who did seem to know where things were didn?t care to help. Not a good experience, the only thing that was good was the guacamole,the steak was just about gone and scraped the bottom,and... was told by an employee that if I got there when it was fresh and 1st put out its really good. Shouldn't it be good all thetime? I will try it again when they first open and see if there is a difference. Read more
Worst experience twice in a row. First time they forgot my fajitas and most of my meat (I ordered double). Tonight they forgot... everything in my boyfriends bowl except salsa, rice and beans. He ordered fajitas, cheese, double meat, sour cream, andguacamole. All of that was missing. We drove back and we?re told they were out of most of that stuff but they gave us the meatand guacamole. Don?t waste your money or your time at this location.. people there are beyond useless. Read more
My son and I arrived at 8PM and ordered 2 tacos for him and a burrito bowl for me. They had no beef and no hard shells. We... tried to order chips and queso and there weren't any chips. We also found no napkins at any of the 3 dispensers. You will findI rarely leave a bad review, but this is the worst food we've had in some time. The steak was dry and flavorless and I feel asthough my money was wasted. We didn't walk in 10 min before closing, so there's not much an excuse as to why everything was outof stock and poor in quality. We will not be back. Read more
