Always polite. Efficient and 90 percent of the time the pizza is good! Only 1x has it been undercooked.. and they apologized.

I ordered dominos at 415 the order was wrong. I called and told them the order was wrong and they said they would remake it and... have it delivered. An hour later it still didn?t arrive. I called again and the manager said it was walking out the door! Thatwas a total lie bc it NEVER left. At 715 I called again they said there busy and that they would get the manager well after 15mins on hold no manger came to phone and girl came back on and said the manger was busy they were so rude even hung up on me. Soneedless to say after 3 hours I still did not get the food that was supposed to be on the way!! Read more
Worst pizza ever! Ordered a thin crust cheese. No sauce, barely any cheese. Dry and burnt. Called to let them know and all they... said was sorry, there?s nothing we can do since you already picked it up. Was I supposed to open the box and check before Itook it home? Rediculous! Horrible customer service! Good thing there are much better pizza houses in the surrounding towns!!! Read more

Definitely the best customer service from a Dominos pizza ????that I've experienced in quite some time! I actually really didn't... like Dominos for a while & stopped getting it but about a month ago someone got some from this Dominos & I was blown away by howdelicious it was & couldn't stop eating it. Since then I've ordered many more times & I don't envision stopping anytime soon,ESP since they deliver to my house now AND they're open till midnight! Whatever they are doing there, they're doing it right & Isay keep up the good work!! I see the delivery cars all the time so I imagine they've been extra crazy busy since covid & I votethey get raises or something. I'm deff pleased w/ them & have no complaints! They even remember my sauces which can be asomewhat simple thing that can ruin a meal in a pretty big way. Thank you Dominos employees! ???? Read more
I have ordered from this store multiple times and each time there has been some kind of issue...missing drinks or food...this... time it was 38mins to delivery and it has already been almost an hour and when I called the store I asked about a possiblecompensation and was told they would speak to the manager after I had asked for one when I called...I am very disappointed withall of this as I have been a loyal customer for a very long time.
