I ordered inside. The clerk(with braids and dark skin male) got my order wrong and didn't scan for my rewards points. My order... came to a little over $9.00. I ordered a large frozen ice coffee, french vanilla swirl with cream and 3 splendars. They gave mean ice french vanilla swirl with milk and sugar. Then I told him it was wrong and told him 3 more times what I wanted and hestill got it wrong. This location is HORRIBLE! My order is ALWAYS wrong! I won't be going there any more. Very dissatisfied! Always pleased with great hospitality, and fast service. Ergonomics is practiced at all locations. An like most there coffee... and pastry selection and quality are on top of the Cafe industry for a reason. Love it!!! Read more

When you work at dunks you should make the food and coffee as if you were going to eat or drink it. My order is always simple... and I?m a daily customer. I asked for ham and cheese no egg on a toasted English muffin. They never toast it just throw it allon. It?s discussing! It?s not a lot to ask to get your food the way you like it especially for the price. It?s verydisappointing! Read more

I have been trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt since the pandemic. However, it should never take over 10... minutes to make a SINGLE iced coffee. I placed an ?on the go? order before I left my house for a large iced coffee. Takes meabout ten minutes to get to the store. I walk in, no in greets me and I stand around for over a minute searching for someone toask about a coffee I placed TEN minutes ago. I was handed the coffee with a ?here you go? and no apology. Isn?t the POINT ofthe ?on the go? order that I won?t have to wait when I get there? Poor customer service all around, whenever I go there. Thedrive thru is a mess and most of the employees are impolite and act like they have somewhere else to be. Often having sideconversations while conducting my transaction through the drive through. Again, I?ve tried this place for over a year. I workin customer service and have been for over 10 years. This isn?t acceptable for a location that isn?t relatively that busy. TheDunkin off of 93 in Quincy has a line down the street every morning and they are the nicest and fastest team around. I know thisisn?t an easy job but there?s a line between being actually busy and slow and plain incompetence. Read more

Dunkin on main street? idk what happened. The last couple times I?ve been there the girl at the window is unbelievably rude. Was... there this morning at 9am? she looked miserable didn?t greet me at the window didn?t say one word to me. When I got my coffee Isaid thank you have a good day she didn?t say one word just looked at me. Not to mention she mopes around? there is a line allthe way down to CVS. Everyone else inside is busy, hustling, drinking lined up ready to go out the window. This is how Dunkin?loses customers. Read more

Very rude service. When placed order the response to my order was ?yep? then ?drive up?. The little girl who was handing the... orders out was named dejere. Very sweet girl. But the order taker needs some training in customer service. Read more

This dunkin donuts is awesome first thing in the morning when the morning crew is working. After about 9 am the coffee and... device just go down hill especially in the late afternoon after 2 pm, the coffee isn't made correctly and if you tell staff theydisagree saying is the correct coffee and won't remake it for you Read more
