Would leave 0 stars if possible. Tried this place again after months of staying away because of horrible service and getting... orders wrong time after time. Surprise - nothing has changed. So tired of people who just do not care anymore includingmanagement. Unfortunately this is how it is for so many places now. Independent restaurants do much better because they care. They have to. We're way past COVID now. No excuses. They're always going too fast and make a lot of mistakes. When you callthem to make it right they treat you like it's your problem and they've already moved on from you. Chipotle opened recently andthey are the same. Thankfully these people are only making fast food and aren't responsible for anything like medical care orsomething like that! Of course I will not be going back but maybe some of you will use this review to think twice and save yourmoney and frustration. If not, good luck! Read more

Hi. There is no sign about Side Tortilla for extra charge.I understand food cost up I don't mind but now Dark tan employee call... for manager about extra charge for beans. Extra charge for salasa. Extra charge for rice.Extra charge for what ever you takethat is no good behavior from both. There's no black beans bottom of only black water in bowl. You have to stop to sellingVeggies bowl because of everything you want you have to pay extra charge. $$$$$$$. You have to close your store for extra charge$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ if you want to selling your business I can buy your store please keep in mind. Thanks. Read more
Although I have previously praised this QDOBA, recently I have been disappointed with their work. My salads have been skimpy,... with crushed shells to fit in containers, the wrong toppings even when the receipt says the correct ones. I am very upset toeven be saying this about my favorite restaurant, but If they want me to continue coming to this establishment, they need tostep it up and please their customers. Read more
Got my order completely wrong, called the restaurant to ask for a replacement, the guy said there's nothing he can do. No... apologies and no refund. Why even bother working there if you don't like your job? Read more

I used to come here almost weekly, but I haven't been in a while. Especially because Chipotle just opened closer to my work. I... decided to grab some lunch earlier today, 12.01.22 & not impressed what so ever. There appeared to be only 2 employees on whileI was waiting for my 11:50-12pm order at 12:10. The food was skimpy & the steak was as dry as ever, hard, tough - just terrible.I was missing the sides for dipping my quesadilla in, that i ordered. 1 piece of my quesadilla had nothing in it except a tinyspeck of cheese. ????
