No utensils or napkins. Food brought out, had to wait 10 minutes for utensils & napkins because someone had to wash them!???? ... Food was cold on two plates. Different waitress every time something was brought out. Chicken strips way overcooked. NOT a wayto run a business! Second time going back hoping for a better outcome the first time in a few years. It was still as bad as the first. Ordering... items from the menu shouldn't be this painful. Wanted their Chili - don't have it.... Then try to order fish and chips - don'thave fish..... You should have seen the disappointment in the kids face. We were already hungry already so there is just nochoice but to pick something else. One of the burger was ordered well done, one was medium. The well done burger came outcharred and dry.
