I?m new to Starbucks and I only came here a few times and don?t really know the menu or the way they do the sizing? but I... normally order the same thing? large ice caramel macchiato with soy milk. Twice I asked for a large and I got a small but gotcharged for the large. I only found out I was getting a small when a (different) person actually gave the large I asked for? I?mnot sure if the worker was just being petty because I didn?t ask for a ?Venti? or whatever its called. I ask for sizing I?m usedto asking for because I?m not familiar with Starbucks and I?m very disappointed that someone did that to me. Read more

I love the fruity drinks. Pink Drink and strawberry Acai are my 2 favorites.

11 people behind the counter, 4 cars in line at the drive through, 4 guests in the store, still took over 10 minutes to get two... iced coffees, one hot coffee, and one of the cold coffee drinks. Seemed like no one was leading the team. Complete chaos. Read more

It's not in my nature to leave reviews of any fast food or chain styled restaurants unless they do something extremely... noteworthy (positive or negative) to warrant the review. I stopped at this Starbucks for a quick breakfast while at work. Thestore is relatively new and/or remodeled but it's done in a much more inviting way than most Starbucks lately. It seems likethey actually want you to sit down and hang out. Plenty of tables and chairs, inside and out and even some games to kill time onone of the tables. It was just a nice inviting change of pace because I feel like Starbucks has moved more towards "get in, getout" or a drive thru style approach. More importantly than the store tho was it's employees. All the women there (didn't seeany men) were super kind. Talkative, not only with me bjt each other. Laughing and talking while working. They actually seemedto enjoy being there and their jobs. They were quick to make my food, apologetic for the wait (which there wasn't one to me) andsuper kind. Overall I'd highly recommend this store if you're in the area. Not because Starbucks has the best coffee in theworld but because this store was lovely and glowing and it made the overall 15 minutes experience of being in there so muchbetter than some chain based stores.
