Ordered two 4 for 4s, drive to my sisters house and went to feed my son not a single burger in either bag? tried to call like 5... times and no answer., idk who?s managing this place but seems like they need a new job.. 10 kids back there and I can?t get the4 items I paid for? Then can?t even reach customer service .. I was in my way to work and couldn?t stop back in , highly do notrecommend,.. they really need to get it together. Staffing issues appear to STILL be causing problems for Wareham Wendy?s franchise? Inside dining not an option ? doors locked,... drive thru is trying, but still not cutting it. Without indoor dining and associated staff tasks eliminated one might think thedrive thru could move smoothly? Nope. Made an app order for breakfast and still waited 18 minutes behind ONE car for ourmeals. Eventually the other customer was moved forward but our order still not ready. Other order eventually brought out and 5minutes later ours came thru the window. Missing item, no napkins, salt, pepper, or condiments. Cold / slightly warm?homefries?, chicken biscuit, and croissant. Bet they taste best served hot and fresh. Guessing most of our order was readybut they could only handle one customer at a time. Worker in a manager looking uniform had catchup and food smears all over hisshirt at 10am so it must have been a struggle this morning. Trash and waste outside makes me wonder what it looks like backhouse. My $$ is too valuable to spend another attempt at this location. Read more
Great prices for a quick on the go meal to be completely honest the wait in the drive up line is probably going to be about 15... minutes at night. but yes I did say but it's worth it lol. working all day. bringing my kid to football. Guess what? I'm notcooking anything. I'm going to Wendy's and getting a nice big chicken sandwich and my kid likes the new strawberry frosty and a$5 biggie bag All together I think it was $16. something totally worth it. the night before that we went to somewhere else rightup the street and I paid $50 so looks like we'll be going to Wendy's a lot Read more
Every time I have gone to This Wendy's they have messed up our orders. And over charged us too. I went there with My daughter a... couple of weeks ago and they messed up our food. Then last night they could not understand My Husband accent, he speaks English,he's from East Africa, it's a British English accent, Very able to be understood. So I then ordered the food and told theyexactly what we wanted. They made something different and charged us more money. The food made me sick and vomit. Their Customerservice is Awful, not good and Rude. It is not Wendy's, because We have also recently gone to the Wendy's in Plymouth. It is theWendy's in West Wareham. Read more
ZERO star review! First time going here, waited over 20 minutes in drive through. We considered the food inedible! Cold dried... up fries, probably sitting there for hours. Super greasy burgers, the packaging was greasy on the outside. We took a few bitesand stopped eating, threw it all away once we got home. Total waste of money. We waited in what I swear was the longest wait ever to get two ten piece nuggets. It was 4 in the afternoon not exactly rush... hour. This has happened before. If you have time to waste go here. If you are in a hurry avoid this location. There is nocompetition as far as Mc Donald's or Burger King so no competition may be why the service is so slow. Read more
