Waited at the speaker at the drive through for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging I was there so I drove up. When I got to the... window the employee was clearly very upset that I had done this. They closed the window after taking my order and then proceededto talk badly about me to their co worker, the window is not sound proof so I heard everything. The kids love the Whopper with cheese ans bacon, I like the Cherry Coke. Staff is friendly and food quality is good.
The servers were terrible on August 23/22 at 5:30 pm. This service was the worst I have ever seen. Stood at the till for 5... minutes waiting for somebody to acknowledge my presence. The staff were so busy horsing around that they were not interested inserving the customer. Obviously the staff are so immature that mature supervisor would be a benefit. Food was good, but whoever was running the drive thu at 5:55pm on march 13 2022 was extremely grumpy and seem very agitated at... my presence and it only got worse when i had to use my chip to pay. Amazing restaurant compared to McDonald's up the street. Didn't even take 5 minutes to order, wait for the person in front of... me, get my food and on the road again. Food is right, food is hot, everything about this restaurant really makes McDonald's lookbad. Come here instead!!! Read more
COLD. So 1 other table. No car in drive thru. Ordered # 8 combo & #1 basic!! How does it come COLD and stale bun. Fell apart... won?t hold burger. KEEP DRIVING TO HAGUE AND GET JAKES BURGER.!!!
