Ordered an all meat pizza today to be picked up 25 minutes later after I ordered in person. When I got to my destination 5... minutes after picking up the pizza I found that it was quite cold... I wouldn't recommend ordering a pizza for specifictime....just let them dictate to you when it will be ready because you will get a cold pizza... Usually very good but not inthis circumstance. UPDATE: Called in and was absolutely grilled and scolded by an older lady who worked there. I was smilingmost of the time but it was pretty ridiculous. In the end she said she couldn't make any decision and that the owner would callme and it's been almost 3 weeks and no call..... So in short don't call in after they tell you to haha.... Read more
This pizza is not our families favorite. The crust is too chewy, and it was quite pricey for a 2 For 1. It wasn't terrible, but... there are better pizzas out there. Read more
I've ordered from Family pizza for years now, tried almost every special type of pizza and it's all amazing and delicious, have... only had 1 bad experience where I ordered the Taco Pizza and if was a runny mess with a handful of Lettuce just thrown right ontop...called the owner and she gave us a free pizza the next time we ordered. It was a disappointment that had been fixed andthe next pizza they gave us of the same type was made excellent. It will take a lot for us to stop orderinf from here. The service is great and the pizza is good. However it's upsetting that everytime I use an online coupon and it says that it's... put through, it doesn't change the total. Would like it if these coupons actually worked. This has happened twice now, so Idon't think it's a onetime mistake, but a flaw with there online orders. Read more
Pizza is good but shockingly small. The 3 mediums for $33 feels like a rip off. You get significantly more pizza with a... competitor than you do with family pizza. See below for calculations. Would not recommend to a friend. Calculations: Familypizza medium size: 10" Competitors: 12" This means competitors mediums have 113 square inches of pizza, while family pizza onlyhas 78 square inches! That means you get 44% more pizza going with a competitor. Across every size they offer, they seem toalways be 2" smaller than competitors. Quality is good, but volume is not. We recently ordered pizza for our midnight lunch at our wedding. Family Pizza was great in helping figure out how many pizzas we... would need and which flavours! Delivery was prompt and they even included napkins and plates. Pizza was a huge hit after a nightof drinking and dancing, everybody loved it!!! My only complaint would be I didn't get to eat any myself!! Read more
