It truly is fascinating how terrible this location really is. Over the last year or so we have ordered from here maybe 6 or 8... times, and every single time something is either wrong or completely missing. From a simple one coffee order to a 10 piecechicken nugget meal, they somehow manage to screw it up. At this point it has just become a fun betting game with friends. Ifyou bet on them to F up your order, you will win! So please, if you value your time and money, stay far away (unless you want towin a bet with friends). I wish I could give 0 stars. Read more
The absolute worst MacDonalds I have ever been to. Usually the service is bad but my drive though experience tonight was awful.... A happy meal, 6 nuggets an order of fries and 2 double cheeseburgers. After paying and getting my drinks of course "can youplease drive around the corner and park". 10 minutes later I finally get my order, total 15 minutes to get some fries and aburger through a quite drive through. Then i get home and my extra large fries are only half full. This is the last time I amgoing to this store. I'm done. Read more
The night crew is awful. Rushing me to get my order on the speaker, then when I get to the window and ask for changes because... she didn't give me time to speak.. I get told rudely that it cannot be changed, my girlfriend spoke up and asked for my bun tobe removed. As she comes back to the window she once again says next time if you have customization you need to say it . I'venow been waiting at the window for 10min, I got my food but it's missing nuggets, the removed all the bun on my big mac insteadof just the middle like I had asked. I was also given a small fry instead of a large fry. I guess I'll just let that slidebecause there's another vehicle waiting behind me. We'll see what she comes back with now.. great she came back with 10 nuggetsno sauce when I had asked for habanero, she got the big Mac right this time. But she didn't even say anything when she openedthe window, so I didn't bother asking for my large fries even though I still wasn't satisfied with my simple order of 10 nuggetswith habanero, a big Mac meal without the center bun, and a medium coffee with it 3 cream 7 sugar. My family previously has had problems with this McDonalds from getting an order wrong, a hair on my Mom's burger, my brother's... cheeseburger looking like someone sat on it, etc. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was me getting the mostunderwhelming Quarter Pounder with cheese in my life. For starters the burger patty looked partially deconstructed that wasfalling apart. The second problem was my quarter pounder with cheese HAD NO CHEESE. Unacceptable. I know this isn't a MichelinStar resturaunt but even a fast food establishment like McDonalds is supposed to have standards and this one consistently fallsbelow them. Even for something simple like wait times isn't good as it always takes so long to get food. I've heard it said thatthis Mcdonalds is the worst one in western Canada and with the experiences me and my family have had that is very easy tobelieve. If you want Mcdonalds, do yourself a favor and drive to Martensville, you won't regret it. Read more
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Probably the slowest at a drive through. Half the time they get your order wrong. Got an... iced coffee today and the bottom was filled with coffee grounds. It was only until out of town that I noticed it otherwise Iwould have went back and told them. This place needs an overhaul of management or something. Horrible McDonald's. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Asked if the ice cream machine was working and was told it was working but they had no ice... cream. As I?m driving through drive-through I can see them handing out ice cream cones. I also was able to write this reviewwhile waiting for my food. There was literally no one in front of me and no one behind me when I ordered my food but yet wasstill there for over 10 minutes. As always my sweet-and-sour sauce was forgotten. Not happy at all with the fries they were cold and black spots. Worker said the filter was not working. They did make new fries... but still black spots and tasted strange Read more
Waited 20 minutes in an empty drive through for this McDouble with one piece of lettuce and half a pickle and a half full order... of fries. The girl working also basically made me stick my whole body out the window to reach for my food cause she wouldn?topen the window more then six inches and didn?t say a word or look at me.
