EDIT FROM LAST POST. Ordered $15.99 box meal yesterday. Tasted good, I wasn't happy with the appearance, when I got home and... opened the box I saw the wings weren't properly packaged and the hot sauce got all over the breadsticks. Took my star ratingfrom 5 to 2. Had a wonderful experience here yesterday. Everything was made perfect and on point whoever they had cooking lastnite knew what they were doing. Perfect amount of cheese sauce and spices. Everything was 5 stars!! However do NOT get thecheesy bites they are not cheesy at all they taste like straight garlic thats actually all that was on there and i didnt realizethey dont come with pizza sauce or marinara or nothing i couldnt even eat a whole one, instant heartburn from garlic and justoverall disappointing and looked or resembled nothing like the ads.. Ordered the wings and we only got 4 and a half wings.... not recommend
Very underwhelming pizza. There was hardly any toppings on the pizza. Had the Canadian and pizza was about a third bare with... very little toppings on rest. The butter chicken was without hardly any toppings and the pepperoni lovers had little love atall. The good was the delivery driver and the chocolate chip cookie. With seven pizza places in town, this would definitely bemy last choice. Read more
Was very helpful making food for my celiac wife and daughter. Went so far as to open new bags of sauce and dough as well as... clean off virtually the whole back area so nothing would get contaminated. Wife and daughter didn't get sick which is alwaystough at pizza places so I definitely give them 5 stars for going above and beyond. Read more
If you are ordering from this location, GO IN PERSON!! If you phone, you WILL wait on hold and they DO NOT take online orders. I... also recommend that you check your order before leaving the store since you will most likely not receive your entire order. Andlastly, be prepared to explain the difference between a large and a medium pizza. They do not understand the difference betweenthe two (is a medium 12"? Or is it a large?) in other words, they do not know their own menu. Extremely disappointing orderingfrom this location. Beware... My recommendation? Go somewhere else. Read more
Once you get the food it's great. Ordered 4 times and have yet to receive an accurate delivery time, kind person on the phone or... order received as ordered. This last time I was patched through to the call center 4 times before I gave up. My staff love PizzaHut but I think by now we're all frustrated with the poor service. Read more
We ordered from this location and got delivery it took an hour and a half to get delivered to our place even tho we live by the... legends center. Everything we ordered was cold and tasted old the brownie was burnt to the pan and rock hard. We tried to callbut got transferred to six different locations from Edmonton- Regina and then when we got to the warman location they hung up onus.
