Hadn't had ringers in a while. They used to be really good. We got our 2 pizzas, the dough was still raw, I called them sent 2... more pizzas I asked for them to be extra cooked. We got the pizzas and once again the dough was raw again. I called again andthey couldn't understand how the pizza could be raw. I took all 4 pizzas back to the business and showed them. They wouldn'trefund my credit card, as he didn't know how so he gave me cash. Ringers used to have the best service and pizza but we won'torder from them again. Read more
When I first moved to Warman Ringers was my go to almost every Thursday night. I ordered so much that Ron brought me a t-shirt... lol. I have no idea what has happened to this once superb pizza joint. It was literally perfect! Unfortunately this is not thecase anymore. They are now open at random times , the customer service is horrible, the pizza toppings are very sparse, and theydon't even have what they advertise in stock. I have also noticed that Ron and the lady that worked there before are not thereanymore. It has gone downhill in a big way. Please take this criticism seriously and try to improve as best you can. Edit: the owner has contacted me and gave me a full refund, and a free pizza, changing the review to 3 stars for great customer... service! We used to love ringers and haven?t ordered there in a while. They must have switched owners and we had an extremelypoor experience on Friday night. Not only do they have a literal child working the front / taking phone calls, the poor kid canbarely understand English. I was told it would be over an hour for delivery so I opted to pick it up. Once I got there the CHILDworking the front told me they were running behind and they?d have our order out soon, and gave us a free bottle of pop for thewait. It was a Friday and they must have been busy so I wasn?t upset when I had to wait another half an hour in the store forour pizza. However when I got home the pizza is not nearly what it used to be! There was one piece of meat on each slice, notthick and amazing like it used to be. The loaded had only mushrooms, no other veggies and they were very few; they used to havebig nice cut veg and now it?s basically no veg, no meat, very little cheese. Very disappointed. We also got the cinnamon andsugar dessert wedges that were literally pizza crust with some burnt cinnamon and a bit of icing sugar ? it was unpalatable. Itried a few bits and of course a big long black hair was baked right into the dough, needless to say that went straight into thegarbage. Tried to order the chicken bites today. The woman on the phone spoke very broken English and could not understand me. I hung up... and went elsewhere. Ever since the new people have taken over I won't be back. Was way better quality before. Save yourself thetrip. Read more
Very poor counter service pizza crust was to oily don?t even bother to try there fried chicken ???? hard as rock ,old and dry... as sea weed !!! Waste of money. I won?t even give them one star ?? Read more
Pizza was meh. VERY thin, hardly any toppings. Taste was just ok and probably won't order again.
We used to love Ringers pizza and ordered often. Lately the quality has taken a nose dive. The cheesy bread tastes different and... not for the better. We also really enjoyed the chicken bites. They used to come sitting in sauce. This time we ordered it cameand only a few pieces drizzled with sauce. There wasn?t even any sauce sitting in the bottom of the container. To add insult toinjury the delivery guy straight up asked for a tip! I like to pay online and give cash as a tip to the delivery person. Henever even gave me time to hand him the tip before asking for it. I don?t think we will be ordering from Ringers again. Read more
