We ordered our food in the drive thru and they said yup everything?s good. When we got to the window they said they actually... don?t have eggs and that it would be a 5 minute wait (we ordered 2 sandwiches with egg) then we said fine we?ll just get onewithout egg and change the other to something else. Then we got our food and there was no hash brown in the bag. We questionedit and they said it?ll be another 3 minute wait. This is all stuff they could have told us at the drive thru speaker. So i just ordered a grilled cheese melt with tomato onions and hash brown inside which is I usually ordered every very in canada... cuz i am a truck driver and I usually order this special order but the filipino lady (May be she is manager)at drive thru shetold me we are not going to make this order cuz people complaint and i was like I usually order this and nobody said this to meand i pay you everything for which you guys add in grilled cheese but she was very very rude just want to say owner plz givesome lessons to this lady that how to speak with customers and don?t judge a book by its cover and i am also a Truckingbusiness owner we don?t speak with our customers like this plz give her some manners Thanks And yeah they gave me a over cookedgrilled cheese melt will never come back to this location totally disappointed Read more
Hours are completely wrong. They put a chair in front of the door at 9 p.m. and stop serving people inside. If you aren't open... until 12 then change your posted hours. Some people from out of town count on your info being right! Read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would but I didn't always feel this way until recently! The staff there especially one... Filipino lady is very rude just because you ask for them to make sure it is the correct blend which they messed up on severaloccasions and deny it! Seriously how hard is it to make a coffee with the right blend?! Then on top of it mocking theircustomers to the staff over the intercom intercom is totally uncalled for! I worked in the food service industry for over 25years and I've never treated a customer like that! Do better Tim Hortons! Read more
At about 8 pm on Friday April 22nd I ordered some southwest chicken wraps which were delicious. But when I ate the second one I... found a sharp piece of plastic in my mouth. I understood this was an accident and no harm was done. But I went in the next day(5pm on the 23rd) and brought the remaining wrap and the piece of plastic to show them and they simply said that they didn?tknow where it came from and that they don?t use plastic near the wraps. I said that I wanted to let them know because it is anobvious safety concern and I could have choked, perhaps there was more plastic. But I was offered no apology, the lady I wasspeaking with didn?t seem to take the matter seriously, and she just seemed to want to brush me off effectively denyingresponsibility. She even asked me why the plastic was so clean if it came from the food like she was insinuating that I waslying, it was clean because I thought it was a chicken bone and wanted to be able to see what it was. Accidents happen, it?sprobably nobody?s fault, but the workers there today didn?t seem to care or even accept that there was a safety concern in theirlocation. Read more
The staff is awful, one guy was telling a customer she was wrong, a woman was having a worrisome coughing fit, her husband asked... a guy to grab a cup of water to help, it took him five minutes, she was just coughing so bad I thought maybe a ambulance... It'sapparent that the okay staff must be on drive through, front of house was absolutely a trainwreck. Drive to Saskatoon for betterservice. It's worth mentioning that all the above was noted while we waited ten minutes for someone to take our order. Read more
Stopped by for the wife's coffee, about 6pm asked for a bowl of chili, was informed they had none and no soups. As this was one... of the first cold days of the winter season you'd think warm soup/chili would sell pretty well. Sometimes the staff can be justtoo lazy to do the work tho I suppose.
