I go to a Duncan almost every day. They are all basically the same so the only thing to really rate is the service. The... service here is the slowest I have ever experienced, anywhere. I waited for over 15 minutes for a SEC wake up wrap. Really??? I love Duncan and will most certainly continue to. Just not this one. Update 9/18/22: ordered on line via the app about 10minutes before I arrived at the store. When I got there the order was not ready and I waited another 5 minutes in store. Thecoffee was ready but they said the sandwich would be another minute. When I got the sandwich, the egg, cheese and sausage werecold. This store is still the worst I've been to, bar none. Read more

Go to yum yum donuts right down the street had to stop her. a friend likes this stuff my Donut was the smallest thing I have... ever seen now the taste of coffee was old like it has been in the pot must of the day. Chris was extremely unpleasant. She was yelling at the employees as I and other customers were waiting for our orders. I also... asked her a simple question about cream and sugar and she gave me a rude and short answer. Everyone else there was superfriendly, drinks came out quickly and Emma was very helpful.
