Terrible Dunkin? Donuts store. I ordered a large decaf iced coffee with no ice and they refused to not put ice in it. They said... it?s Dunkin? Donuts policy but the store in Huntington Valley does it every morning for me. This store is just a cheap scapescamming there customers. Read more
I've been coming to this place for over a year now. I tried being friendly, asking how well they're doing but sadly nothing ...... being friendly makes it worse to those people, they make you feel like they're doing you a favor and serving you. I'm only 1minute away (walking) but I'd rather do the 10 min drive and feel welcomed. Read more

Woman at the window was rude. On my way to work...I run through the drive thru....always order hot tea with my order....didn't... notice they gave me coffee...called they said well what can I do??? They Messed up my sandwich the first time then remade it and forgot the sausage smh
Bad customer service. I was still at the speaker ordering and wanted to change how my coffee was made, but they told me they... couldn?t remake it because my coffee was already made. I wasn?t even finished ordering yet, doesn?t matter if you already madeit, I?m the one paying for it. Pretty sure they also did not change my iced coffee to what I asked for either. Read more
This is my 2nd time going to this particular Dunkin? Donuts. The first time I ordered a hot chocolate, it was very watered down.... I didn?t complain, I figured well they had just opened at that point. I will give them another chance. Today I stop by for foodno beverages. I ordered hash browns and a turkey sausage on croissant (no egg, no cheese). I know when I order this I am stillcharged full price for the sandwich. I don?t mind that. (Most of the other DDs I go to when I order this will just give me 2patties instead of 1). Anyways, I got just a croissant, no meat. Just a croissant. That?s no what I paid for. I would give this Dunkin Donuts 5 Stars. But today was my 2nd time going. I ordered the Same Thing as the day before (also drove... out of the Way just to go to THIS One) The Pumpkin Latte I received didn't taste much like Pumpkin Spice. It was just Alot ofMilk & Not Milk Foam. Read more
