I placed an order tonight at the Papa Johns located at 390a York Road in Warminster, Pa. I called the 215-956 number and was... connected with an operator in the Philippines who took my order and charged my credit card. About three minutes later I get acall from the Warminster store and the guy says he canceled my order because he did not have anyone to deliver it. I told himthat I was already charged. He states he refunded my money. I tell him the charge already appears as a pending charge against mybank account. He states the hold will drop off in about three days. He then hangs up. Hey, I understand places are short withhelp but having my order transferred to the Philippines, charging my credit card, and then literally calling me from the localstore less than three minutes later is just bad business. Worst papa John's pizza I have ever had... first of all the service is terrible. Pizza was cold when I picked up. Ordered 3... topping Pizza but all 3 toppings were on only one slice. I have had serious issues with this location for a couple years. Every once in a while, they get things right. Delivery is... almost always seriously late. The best bet is to keep your pizza order simple and pick it up at the store. Read more
