The female manager with the short hair need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE OVER A $20.10 ticket I was trying to be polite... by saying I didn?t like food this sorry manager responded back saying I can?t take food off because you didn?t like or don?twanna pay I WORK WITH CUSTOMERS ANS ONE THING IS CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!!! I called corporateoffice and they said the same thing if you don?t like something then you don?t like it this manager was trying make browniespoints she need to learn better customer service skills and the real reason I went is because my daughter work there I also letcorporate know just in case she try to fired her!! I really don?t wanna give them no star due to poor service for this manager!!The food was so nasty that while I was out it came right up the little bit I did eat threw it up very bad taste in my mouthsmh!! Asked for extra gravy on the side and they gave me tartar sauce. Asked for fish and shrimp meal w plain seasoning and they... omitted the rice and asparagus entirely. Those aren't sides, they are INCLUDED w the meal. Portion of mash potatoes was lessthan the Doylestown location. The stuffing for turkey meal was actual slop. Doylestown had real bread for stuffing. First andlast time here. A refund would've been better than eating this. Very disappointing after a long days work. Read more
For a quick bite to eat I'll give Perkins 4 stars. But my 1st time here and definitely expected the hype to be a little more.... Your regular breakfast spot. Friendly waitresses and staff. Had a sweet potatoe muffin with icing on it that was AMAZING. Thehashbrowns were pretty much mediocre..but the breakfast meat was delicious!! Next time Ill try the potatoes and pancakes. Food as always was exceptionally good and tasteful! Staff members are polite and seek that your experience is satisfied.
Wow, we haven't been there in 3 years. The food was great and HOT. Much better than I ever had there. It's ashame that the place... wasn't very crowded. Once word spreads they will come back to life. Read more
I ordered eggs Benedict which were the best I have had in a while. Perfectly poached eggs and sauce. Delicious potatoes were top... notch and fruit was sweet. After eating half i took rest home will definitely come again. Read more
Surprisingly ok! I don't expect wonderful things from Perkins. It is a tradition for us to come here to celebrate things since... we were dating in the 90's. The salad had lettuce ends. The crepe was dry. But, our server Colette was excellent, the bakedpotato had plenty of toppings, the crepe had ALOT of meat. Better than I expected! Read more
Perkins, our Sunday go to. We usually get the same meal off the senior menu. Notice last week the price was different on our... receipt , 63 cents more. That is chump change compared to what else is going on with the economy. My husband gets the threepancakes with two bacon strips. I get the two egg omelet with a to go muffin but beware the muffin pictured below is a whopping780 calories. I give my husband half my egg he gives me one bacon strip and one pancake. Plus we share the muffin the next dayfor breakfast. More than a senior moment it's a Monday morning special. Read more
