Mean, unprofessional, and miserable staff. Was my first time at this particular Saladworks. As soon as I walked through the... door on 08/17/2021 at approximately 6:10 pm the girl made me feel as though I was doing something wrong and that I wasn'twelcome there. Rude rude rude. I entered the store, waved, said hello, and the girl working just stared at me. I figured she must not have... heard so I walked up to her and asked how her day was going. She looked me dead in my eyes and didn't respond. My salad wasabout 65% hard lettuce that I couldn't chew. She plopped the dressing on the top while rolling her eyes. I open the salad when Igot home and most of the dressing was stuck to the lid so I had to eat the other 35% of the salad that was edible by scoopingthe dressing off the lid with the lettuce that was on my fork. I asked the man at the register if there was butter i could haveand he told me he put it in the bag already. It was 1 small thing of fake butter that tasted awful. I remained polite throughoutthis train wreck of an experience, said thank you have a good night, and not a single employee responded. Oh, and they chargedme an extra dollar! We don't usually go to Saladworks since we think it's kinda pricey for the amount of salad you get. How ever, one night last... week I didn't feel like cooking and we had a buy one, get one 50% off coupon. We ordered two buffalo chicken salads togo. Between the hot sauce, tortilla strips, peppers, etc, my salad was so very salty. I picked out what lettuce I could find andI tossed the rest. The staff were nice, but I don't see us going back. Also, the salad dressing must be watered down. It washalf the thickness of what it should be. Read more
It's a Saladworks, what do you expect? The new store remodel is nice, they look more modern and feel cleaner now. They serve... decent product and have friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and they often have local coupon drops in the mail and fromGiant and such. It's nothing spectacular, but often that's enough given most places have a glaring flaw(bad service, highprices, ect.) Would recommend. Read more
Its odd how some Saladworks locations make their salads differently. For example, Oxford Valley makes them huge and it worth... $12. But the Saladworks in Warminster looks like a small side salad... Very upset i spent almost $13 for a salad that looks likethis. Read more
