I understand that everyone is short staffed now, but you still need to care just a little bit. Apparently they dropped my first... Frappuccino, not a problem. Second one they forgot I had asked for no crunches on top and seemed annoyed when I very politelydeclined her offer to scrape them off the top (they get down inside the drink right away). This Starbucks location has a lot to offer. Whether you need a coffee, latte, cookie, gift card or anything else, they have it.... The employees are professional and kind. The drink I ordered was made perfectly. There is seating inside and it?s nicelydecorated. The store could use some tidying, the trash was overflowing and the counters weren?t the cleanest. The drive thruline is long, so expect to wait or just go inside. There is parking available. Read more
Great location, with attentive and friendly staff. Love that you can use their bathrooms without making a purchase, a rarity... with fast food chains (in my experience, grocery stores, drug stores, big box stores, gas stations (including Wawas and 7Elevensthat sell fuel), and larger department/general merchandise stores are the only other places where you can freely and easily usetheir restrooms with no intention of making a purchase of any kind).
