Clean, quiet, efficient Taco Bell. Staff are very friendly, especially during the week, and even let me inside the building... before 10am (when the dining room usually opens) since I can?t bring my bike in the drive thru (I called ahead, and was told thedoors would be unlocked before 10am so that I would be order when I got there), which was a first in my experience???? I was just at this Taco Bell and there was a long wait for the food. It was clear that the employees were overwhelmed and... short-staffed. However, despite how busy and overworked the staff were, every employee I interacted with was pleasant and theywere all working quickly to get the orders out as fast as they could. It?s a shame that Taco Bell is not paying a living wage toits employees in order to incentivize more people to work there so situations like tonight will not happen again. To theemployees working at Taco Bell tonight, thank you! You were all kind and efficient, and the food I received was very good. Avoid this taco bell! The manager here does not care about his customers nor the food he serves you. Take a look at the Mexican... pizza photo I uploaded. I went back to tell him that this does not look well made and instead of being apologetic and helpingremake it, he told me "this is what a Mexican pizza looks like". When I asked if he would remake it, he asked "why would Iremake it, you're just going to get the same thing again". I wish I had recorded this so I could show corporate. This isn't aone time issue. Have had issues with missing items, wrong orders and the staff is super slow. Once I waited for 35 minutes foran order. Try the 2nd street pike location. Read more
I like this Taco Bell as it is big and clean. There is plenty of seating on the inside with windows all around the eating area... which is nice. They have a nice outdoor seating area that is covered and is a pleasant place to sit when the weather is nice.They also have a convenient drive-thru. Read more
I work all day and I come to taco bell on the way home to have some over priced comfort food and I cant even enjoy it. Cold and... messy. How do you mess up a burrito? Horrible. Read more
