Wicked fast service at this Micky D?s using the preorder phone app! Food was fresh and looked like the menu photos! A family... from Mass was here taking pictures of themselves in from of the dumpster LOL! The family might have been confused. I went to McDonald's later in the evening last night as I had an extremely long day with hubby and kids. We don't often go to... mcds-and we try to support local to us (even if it be a franchise or small) so after seeing the drive thru line I decided to goinside. Obviously I was one of the only ones in the building I understood id be served last. After a bit of a wait I went out tomy car juggling food for a family of 4 and two drinks. I was stupid and one bag went tipping and flew onto the ground. By thistime it was around 820 (and I had been there for quite sometime) the lobby was locked so had to sneak in front of the drive thruwindow to get someone. But the night supervisor (Sheryl/Cheryl?) Came out and got me and helped me get replacement items. Shewas super duper nice and could tell I was upset by being a dumby and dropping everything. They are severely short staffed andhave a huge line waiting them most days as they are right off the highway. So my inconvenience was also theirs. I hope the nightsupervisor sees this! This used to be the best McDonald's in the northeast. Maybe the country. Seriously: when I was driving Boston to Vermont I... stopped here every time. Stylish and clean inside. Parking lot can accommodate large campers and buses. Very busy! Staff I didn't interact with. Food is,... well, McDonald's. My daughter devoured her french fries! Great! Brand new construction, everything updated literally from the ground up. Kiosks available immediately upon entry, or... counter service to your right when you walk in. The playground is all new and fabulous. They have two lanes for faster orderingfrom your car, and two pick-up windows. If your order isn't ready within 30 seconds they will have you pull over to a waitingspot in the parking lot and bring it to you fresh and hot as soon as it is ready which usually takes less than 1 minute. This has been a theme here. Anytime in the evening, the milkshake machines are always "broken". I've had this said to me... multiple times within the last couple of week. The machine's are not broken, they just don't want to clean them. I would thinkwith the given market, companies would want any income they can get. I guess they don't relay that back to their staff.
