Was here maybe a year ago. I never came back because the staff and waiters we're exceptionally rude and unprofessional. A... servant who knew me and my party from outside of the establishment would go on to make obscene comments about me the entire timeI was there. At one point several employees joined in on the charade. I felt humiliated/embarrassed/shocked that this washappening in public and no one did anything to stop the gossip. We try to visit every week, at least every two weeks. The waiter we had was awesome, Jaquan(?). Last time was Jaden. Your male... waiters are great, as I'm sure the girls are too. Read more
Must be lacking any kind of staff. At the time we were there, only 7 tables in use and 4 at the bar on a Sunday night. Took 1... hour to get food and a few plates had to be taken back from not being what was ordered(mine) and steak being cooked too much. Asked for medium top sirloin and got a steak with no pink and dry. Didn't get a replacement till more than half were finishedeating. The food was good when it was corrected but took forever to get. I could understand if it was very busy but more thanhalf the place was empty. Read more
The food was good and fast. They have the bartender also serving and busing tables which makes the bar services slow. We waited... 10 minutes on a mixed drink to make it to our table, whereas those who sat at the bar who came after us were served before us,their drinks and their food was ordered as quickly as ours. If we go back, we would sit at the bar at this particular location. Read more
Absolutely terrible!!! The cheese sticks was nasty and the ribs was cold. The fries was good tho. The Mac and cheese was dry and... didn?t have no Mac nor cheese. They never came back to the table to make sure we was okay with drinks or was we enjoying ourmeal. Nothing!!! Will never come back Read more
we arrived at shift change...but even still, the staff was being VERY loud talking and cutting up with each other. I really... don't need to hear about how so and so got pregnant and all of that. Also there seemed to be a host that was coming on shiftwhich I saw drink 2 beers and I'm guessing he had already had a few prior. Once he came on he seemed to be speaking loud toincoming guests and at times seemed a bit off balance at times. All in all we probably won't go back. Read more
