I should give this score lower but the food I actually received wasn?t bad. The service and lack of attention needs work. I got... home and half my food was not here. I tried to call and no one would answer the phone. If I wasn?t so tired from a 13 hour dayid drive back across town just to bless out the people. Very rude, ill mannered person at the window. Someone needs to teach her what her mom failed to do about what being polite is... all about . Not snatching credit cards out of a paying customers hand is a start. She will catch the wrong person one day bydoing this. Read more
if i could give a zero star review i would. the people at this arbys have horrible attitudes. they don?t get your order right.... put our cups of ajus sauce upside down in the bag so they leaked all over the food and bag. the girl at the window had anattitude because we asked for horsey sauce and bronco berry sauce. they didn?t give us any napkins and they didn?t give me thecup of ajus for my second sandwich. or receipts for either order. no one answers the phone when you try to call them. and therewas a hair in my roommates sandwich. do not recommend this arbys. they are trash. Every time I go to this Arby's, they do not listen to anything. I ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich with extra meat and... they give me a classic roast beef. The Mrs wanted the classic roast beef and cheddar and she got a half pound. We want sweet teaand we always get unsweetened tea. Every time we go there our order is never correct. Cheese sticks were under cooked and cold when I got home...only 2 blocks away. Specifically requested extra napkins-none in the... bag! Servers attitude was cool and stand-offish, like she was doing you a big favor by waiting on you. Too expensive for whatwas delivered. Won't go back...plenty of other restaurants to choose from. I came to this Arby?s at 10:50pm tonight yes I no that it?s 10 minutes until you close, I understand that you want to go home... but however when your sick child asks for curly fries from here as a parent you go? but to add insult to the matter the youngman saw me drive up to the drive through window because he refused to take my order at the speaker after me saying are you readyfor me order? so I drove around and he ducked down and ran to the back of the store? that?s ridiculous and in poor taste.. The drive thru cashier was rude when placing the order, got to window paid and when she returned my change threw it out window,... going under car and walked off.
