Went back after the re- re-opening. Was hoping they got their act together after closing twice now. Nope, different people, same... terrible food and service. They brought me ?steak nachos? that didn?t have any steak. They corrected it and brought them backout but was missing everything else on it, all I had was chips, steak, and a bit of shredded cheese. Had to ask again for acorrection. Gave me a small queso after ordering a large. Won?t ever go back. The girl behind the counter was nice at least. Read more
Absolutely delicious. I got the chicken Mexicano burrito. It was large (bigger than both hands could hold) and stuffed full of... flavorful rice, black beans, and chicken. Girlfriend got the chicken al pastor bowl. Again, large portion and great flavor. Iwas full from my burrito, but I could not help myself to three bites of her bowl. Chips and tea were also tasty. Took over 30 minutes for three cars in the drive through. My tortilla was raw. Shrimp was questionable and the guacamole sucked.... Everything was cold. I like Baja Fresh but this location sucks. Don?t waste your time or money !!! They were out of practically everything, should have been a red flag and then they didn?t... even have tea when we went to get drinks . My Baja bowl was so dry and bland that I ordered some queso ($3 for 3 ounces ) andit was disgusting. Couldn?t even bring myself to finish our $25 meal . Only thing worth eating we?re the chips but with noqueso or salsa (the we?re out of 3 of the 4) why eat them !!!! Read more
This place was very good. The staff were all friendly and masked up. The food was freshly made and tasted good. The store was... clean. I even saw them sanitizing tables in between guests. The manager came around and asked the food was and if I neededanything. Will definitely return. Read more
When my lunch date and I came into the restaurant, we were met by very loud, very offensive music. It stayed on for a good 10... minutes until they turned it down. However, it could still be heard in the dining area. This was our first visit, and, mostlikely, our last. The burrito took 30 minutes (and it was cold and horribly undercooked.) My companions order was ready 15minutes after mine. We were the ONLY patrons in the restaurant. Very disappointed. This happened today, Tuesday September 13that 11a.
