Worst experience ever. I loved my WR Barberitos, even had them cater my wedding, but the service was unacceptable. No one... working the line. A guy from the bar rang the bell for us and someone came out. They were out of ingredients. The guy workingthe cash register was leaning on the counter, had his head in hands the whole time, watched the screen as I was giving the tip,etc. As soon as we completed our order all the workers went back into the kitchen. 2 other people got in line. After we gotdrinks we told them to ring the bell for service because that is what someone did for us. The guys rang the bell. A worker cameout and, with an attitude said multiple times, "you don't have to ring the bell, I am here." I can understand being understaffed and people running into the kitchen then back out, but there were 3 people who worked on our order, someone at the bar,someone cleaning the floor and others in the kitchen. Staffing didn't seem to be the problem. Additionally, the salsa bar wasempty, just like the spinach and cilantro. I understand the shortages we are all experiencing, but laziness and rudeness arethings we can control. Read more
This was a pretty decent place to dine. Similar to Moe's or Chipotle, but with the addition of the bar. Has a nice shaded... outside eating area. I thought the food was worth the price. Read more

Great customer service. The food is good as well. There was a girl working behind the counter with very long, thick bushy hair... with no net on. I was afraid I would find some hair or something from her hair in my food. Read more
It was pretty good. With the free side of chips that comes with the meal, you don't have to order anything too large. I ordered... the large spicy chicken quesadilla and that was too much. I like the fact you can customize your order however you like it. Read more
This was our first time eating at Barberitos. Food is decent....when it's right. We placed a fairly large order online and went... to pick it up. The order was supposed to be ready in 30 mins. We spent about 45 mins extra waiting. They still didn't give usall our food. We had to go back inside. Husband spoke to the cashier who was friendly and helpful. Someone from the back(inappropriately dressed) come out and snatched the reciept and rolled his eyes. We will not be returning....the quality offood does not outweigh the unprofessional attitude of the employee. Just left a sour taste in our mouth. Read more
Never heard of this place so tried it out, it reminded me of moes southwest grill minus the cantina. Meats are in a steam table... setup, out of the quesadilla and nacho, I liked the jalapeño cheese dip with chips n salsa Verde. All meals include chips andsalsa bar. Read more
Great food but horrible atmosphere. Every time I deal with somebody at the front counter they either talk so quiet I can't hear... them or I get a bad attitude. There is also been multiple times where I've Seen them use the same spatula for differentingredients. Many instances of cross contamination of ingredients. As well as them seeming to hide in the kitchen so they donthave to deal with customers. Ive never been more disappointed in a restaurant that much.Most likely will never come back to thislocation.
