Food was okay.. Service, horrible.. skinny Asian guy making the food tool my bowl that was half prepared and told the girl... originally making it to dump it on a burrito for an online order. He assumed it was my order. After I told him it wasn't theycontinued to skip me so I can RESTART from the beginning. Went in and was told they were only doing online orders. No apologies or friendliness. There was not anyone else in there and... they could have easily made me a bowl in 3 minutes. Could have sat there and placed an order on my phone but how stupid is that.Left went across the street to barberitos, got a bowl and friendly service in 3 minutes. Read more

This was on July 31st around 5pm. The food was good, it was the cleanliness of the dinning room. All the tables and the floors... were dirty. Trash was overflowing. The drink and utensil station were not stocked. Honestly not worth it to dine in and gettingto go you will be waiting awhile. Read more

I love chipotle and have never had a bad experience - so this one is a first. It was oír first time visiting this location. My... salad had a puddle of liquid at the bottom. There was hardly any greens and veggies, but they LOADED it with corn, tomatoes andsour cream. It made the salad gross. It is almost like they were out of items and had to make up for it by putting EXTRA ofeverything else. Read more

The workers were rude, uninviting, unhelpful, and several of them seem... like they did not care to do their job and the cleanliness of the restaurant showed that. The food was flavorful because of how I like it. I hadn't been to Chipotle in years. I was reluctant to eat because the hot bar... was low in food items and I'm not big on getting what's left at the bottom of the pan. The presentation was not great, pleaseclean the hot bar as much as possible and please do something about the chips. They tasted like cold cardboard instead oftortilla. As expected, the food here is good. I am consistently pleased with the quality of my food and never run into issues with them... being out of ingredients. The only issue I have is inconsistency in portion sizes. I can ask for the same thing everyday in aweek and it will always be a wildly varying amount that I receive. I understand that this is an issue at most places, but when Iorder double meat and the person beside me getting a single portion gets as much if not more and I'm paying a premium for it,well that is bothersome. Overall, I would still recommend it just don't plan on consistent portion sizes. Read more
