If I could give 0 stars I would. Last experience the server was horrible. Tried again since the turn around is high so chances... were we wouldn't get the same server. The server today was great but the food wasn't edible. My daughter got pancakes whichmust have been heated in a microwave because they had a rubbery texture and needed a knife to cut, she and my mother had eggsthat were inedible. I had chicken tenders meal. Absolutely horrible. The mashed potatoes were discolored and hard as a rock.The mac-n-cheese was just oil. Served watered down tea as well. We sent food back, complained immediately, etc. Then we get thebill which made no sense. One of the meals was removed and the drinks but the meal sent back was still on the ticket. Get to theregister and the ticket scans for a different price by $30. Then it rings up an extra $50. By the time it was said and done, wehad 4 different prices for our meal. It went from $29 all the way up to $89. What makes it even worse was how many others werecomplaining at the time we were. One party of 14 people, then 3 parties of 3 people. I've never seen so many complaining at thesame time. We will never be back in this restaurant again. An apology or explanation would have been nice but we got neitherfrom the manager. Sunday lunch is not always a great time to come to eat. We had a seat quickly and the room was about full. The waitress knew her... stuff though and quickly turned up with drinks and refilled them quickly when needed. Went here for my birthday. This was my second visit (I planned to go to ihop but their line was out the door and not welcoming).... So we decided to go to this one and their professionalism is excellent! They took my name and number and we got seated quickly!The place was clean, the food was SOOOO good! I got the country fried steak, loaded hash browns, corn fried apples (pictureattached). The best place when your craving a home cooked meal hands down. Thank you to the chefs and servers. Will come againsoon! No more birthday tradition at ihop! Update. 5 months later?. Ordered on door dash and got food poisoning. Plus theydidn?t have ginger ale, did not have sweet potato, chicken and dumplings weren?t cooked right? and didn?t deliver anything todrink (peach tea) even though they said they did. Great food and excellent service by our server Tami. Tami was well attentive to our needs. As always the Pecan pancakes were a... home run. If you have never tried them I would strongly suggest doing so even if you are not a pancake lover. My wife'sbreakfast Old Timers was good, but she complained that the food was lukewarm bordering on being cold (but not enough for her tocomplain or send it back to the kitchen). This restaurant has three dining areas. The first two dining areas were full and thethird one was closed off. In light of the flu season and COVID one would think that all sections would be open so that you couldbetter separate the diners. Great locations. Easy to find. We will of course be back. Read more
