I ordered two medium pizzas and 8 wings. I found blonde hair on my pizza (my hair is black and kinky) and my wings were raw. The... manager (a blonde woman) says that ?I?ve been making pizzas here for a long time and this have never happened, im so sorry? Thepeople that work here a nasty, they don?t was their hands. If I could give it a zero I would! The manager Alexa and Julie are very rude. I called because I ordered a chicken habanero... chicken sandwich as you can see this is what they gave me. I have ordered this sandwich so many times from different dominosrestaurants and they never looked like this. I called and talk with Alexa and told her about it but she claimed it was rightbecause she was the one made it but how? If you look at the sandwich and how it suppose to be u know that?s not right! Alexaclaims she makes the sandwich a lot well if she have I?m here to say she don?t need to make ANYMORE! She was rude and told me Icould come get a refund so I did go after I got off but the other manager Julie says Alexa says I can?t get a refund but shetold me I could n then Julie says well you can?t get a refund it?s our policy we don?t give refunds we just remake them ( whichis a lie). Julie slammed the drive thru door in my face while I was talking so cooperate will hear about this! Alexa and Julieshould be fired they have bad attitudes. Worst experience. Not ordering from that dominos. They would rather lose you as a customer than to remake a 5.99 pizza. It's... sad. No ownership of issues or customer experience. I gave them my pizza and when he handed my pizza back to tell me the managersaid they wouldnt remake it because it wasnt their fault. Mind you this pizza has tomato sauce and garlic. The order was wrongfrom the jump smh.Then they gave me the pizza back with a freaking roach in it. Can't make this stuff up... couldnt even eat thepizza he handed back after that. If you do carry out have them open that pizza in front of you at that drive thru or when youare inside. Read more
