If I could give it a zero I would! The manager Alexa and Julie are very rude. I called because I ordered a chicken habanero... chicken sandwich as you can see this is what they gave me. I have ordered this sandwich so many times from different dominosrestaurants and they never looked like this. I called and talk with Alexa and told her about it but she claimed it was rightbecause she was the one made it but how? If you look at the sandwich and how it suppose to be u know that?s not right! Alexaclaims she makes the sandwich a lot well if she have I?m here to say she don?t need to make ANYMORE! She was rude and told me Icould come get a refund so I did go after I got off but the other manager Julie says Alexa says I can?t get a refund but shetold me I could n then Julie says well you can?t get a refund it?s our policy we don?t give refunds we just remake them ( whichis a lie). Julie slammed the drive thru door in my face while I was talking so cooperate will hear about this! Alexa and Julieshould be fired they have bad attitudes. Usually I'd give 5 stars.. but the last time we ordered Domino's we were all very disappointed. Pizzas were undercooked in... general, plus the toppings were sparse. Had to cook longer in the oven just to be able to eat it. I guess they don't havepineapple readily on hand.. ordered pineapple and onion, but I received a bunch of extra (almost raw) onions with about 10pieces of pineapple on the entire "medium" pizza pie. We were bummed because we usually LOVE the pizza from Domino's EVERY TIME.I hope this review is helpful. You can do it, Domino's!! Read more
At least be responsible enough to turn off online delivery if you're closed. This was an hour ago, couldn't get in touch with... anyone after it let 4 families order pizzas but they definitely charged every one of us. I knew better, everyone knows domino'sis a last ditch resort. 17 years in the hospitality industry and never seen service worse than this company. Read more
I ordered last Friday. I called multiple times after receiving it and never got an answer, also tried emailing and getting a... hold of head quarters. The bread and chicken pizza were over cooked. The one with pepperoni was supposed to have sausage as wellbut you can see that there?s literally 2 pieces on it. I paid 30 bucks and didn?t even enjoy it. Read more
Worst experience. Not ordering from that dominos. They would rather lose you as a customer than to remake a 5.99 pizza. It's... sad. No ownership of issues or customer experience. I gave them my pizza and when he handed my pizza back to tell me the managersaid they wouldnt remake it because it wasnt their fault. Mind you this pizza has tomato sauce and garlic. The order was wrongfrom the jump smh.Then they gave me the pizza back with a freaking roach in it. Can't make this stuff up... couldnt even eat thepizza he handed back after that.
