Good food, extremely long wait and a horrible manager. They need to replace the management and offer friendly service, I have... been there twice and both times you feel unwanted and herded like cattle. The manager is actually rude at best and I am beingkind with this reference. When you finally get to eat, the food is good and the service is fair. Cracker Barrel still blowsthem out of the water. I normally have a good experience here. Slowly over the last year the service has gotten worse. The food is consistent so there... wasn't an issue there. Speed of service was the biggest problem. The young lady who is a great service partner got my family'sdrinks, came to check on us and offered to take our order for the server that was supposed to take care of us. It was busy but we were sat pretty quickly for having a party of 6 on a Sunday morning. Waitress was very nice, professional,... and did a great job. Food was decent. I had the strawberry banana protein pancakes. 4 stars for the service. Read more
This IHOP is great. I love the service. They are quick and very polite servers. I definitely will come here again. Update:... unfortunately, this time the quality of the food and the service is way down than a year ago. The food is bland, and thepresentation is horrible. Also, the server that serves me and my daughter doesn't smile at all. I hope they will getbetter. Another update: today (8/20/22) my daughter and I went to this IHOP again. What a difference. The service by Nicole isexcellent, and she is very attentive to the guests. The food also got so much better. I'm changing my reviews back to 5 Stars.Keep this up!!! Read more
I was always pleased with food and service, but today i decided to change my tradition crepes dish for belgian wafle.. it was... not belgian wafle.. it was regular wafle... bacon was so small and burned, and my extra portion of ash browns was very poor... Read more

I always get the spinach and mushroom omelet with hash browns and sausage links. Very good and filling!
Love how it says opens at 6am online and on their sign but the lights are out and the doors are still locked at 6:10am also when... u call they just pick up the line and hang up. Read more
