Placed order alittle after 6 and was told order would be ready at 6.21 I definitely understand that restaurants get behind but... we got there before 6:21 and didnt receive our food until 6.49 after I went inside to ask about the order and the young lady gotthe manager within a couple of mi utes we had our food it wouldn't be so aggravating but with a 3 month old in the car and beingtold a specific time that the food would be ready and it wasn't just made things worse . So I knew this was Chili's ghost resturant when I ordered. Ordered online from Google maps. It hiccup once but then took the... order and tracked the order progress. Order was ready with in 5 mins of what Google projected. Order was exactly right minus acup of blue cheese instead of ranch...no biggie, and easy mistake. We ordered 2x 16 pc wing combos. They did a nice jobpackaging the wings in sets of 8 each with curly fries and ranch in each container, basically like 4 meals. Wings were crispy(how we like them) and med to big in size. We got Honey Chipotle, med Buffalo, and naked wings with orange teriyaki on theside. Each 16pc combo was $20 which feels on avg. I went in to pick up rather than wait in the car. The name should be 'It's just Chili's' because, it's just chili's. I'm admitting that I was totally scammed into thinking I was... picking up smoked wings from a chain I'd never heard of. Instead, I got chili's. Fries weren't fit for human consumption. Wings weren't smoked. Shorted the ranch. The parmesan garlic was grease and spice. I'll call it 'It will never happen again.' Thoroughly enjoyed the food here. 8 bucks gets you wings and curly fries which I think is a solid deal. Echoing the previous... review, the garlic parm did not feel "mild" and had a bit of bite to it, but it was still good and plenty of food for the price. Read more
Y'all I used to love your Garlic Parmesan sauce. I don't know what is with the quality control but it keeps changing. Last time... it was all oil. My order today was spicy when it's supposed to be a MILD sauce. I ordered through Uber Eats for delivery. Fries were soggy and wings were not crispy? definitely not a food that should be... ordered for delivery.
