This location needs more training. I LOVE Jack's. I grew up with them in Alabama. I was excited we were getting one. But not... once but TWICE I've ordered a burger with ketchup, mayo and lettuce and received a sandwich with nothing on it!! What's up withthat? Who eats a burger plain? They did not even put any ketchup or napkins in the bag. The service is slow and without apology,not friendly. I hope someone works it out quick, or this restaurant will not last long. Read more
Just went through the drive thru for the first time. Ordered a simple Big Jacks burger, no mayo. Waited 20 minutes for a... pitifully half-*** compiled burger with no condiments except mayo. A mayo burger just to my exact non-specifications. Also myname is Brian and I paid by card. They got the vehicle description correct - 1 star. Never again. Avoid. Read more
This was our first experience at Jack's. I was not overly impressed. My hamburger was fully cooked, but barely warm when... served. The bun felt cold also and was not soft. The fries were hot and fresh. My son got the chicken tenders, they were goodhe said. I liked that the breading on them was very light and not caked on and clumpy. I'm hopeful that when the new wears offand all the kinks get worked out things will improve. Stop by and try for yourself. Read more
My first time visiting Jack's I'm WarnerRobins. To say it was busy was an understatement. We decided to skip drive Thursday... and ho in, great decision. We was able to bast in the experience. It was busy I see as well but organize. The menu was goodvariety of dinner food to eat and reasonable. It's definitely a different type of fast food restaurant and I think youwill be pleasantly pleased. Read more
I'm really disappointed. I've eaten at Jack's elsewhere and it was amazing! I waited a few weeks to try our new location out so... they had time to work all the kinks out. I went today and our wait in the drive thru was over an hour long! Our food was cold,tea not sweet and got our food all wrong! I ordered the Big Bacon burger and no bacon anywhere on my burger. Then to top it off,the manager sure made time to go have a smoke break by the dumpster while we were in line. But clearly not enough help inside toget people food in a timely manner. Read more
Well I?m made it to Jacks and tried their BIG JACK double cheese with fries. I love their large crinkle fries. The burger was... good and not to much to eat. This location is new so it might be busy for awhile now. Read more
I used the drive through. The service was less than courteous. The burger was delicious. Didn?t care for the seasoned fries. I... ordered a milkshake and the cup wasn?t full. There was a deep indentation where there should have been milkshake. The girl atthe window stated that?s how they come. Really? I would have at least expected a full cup. Next time I?ll dine in. The restaurant was buzzing with customers inside and out. This was my first time at a Jack's and I ordered the Big Jack combo... and chicken strips with fries. The burger was juicy with fresh tomatoes, onion, lettuce and mayo. The fries are not thin, crispyoutside and tender inside salted just right. The chicken tenders were not hard and dried up.....very tasty. Restaurant safetyrating: 91. Because of the volume, order turn around time was a little long but orders were accurate with staff checkingtickets. Cleaning Staff constantly kept tables and floors clean.
